On 13 May, Dutch education executives, corporate executives, employees and regional representatives signed the Techniekpact (Technology Pact) with the Ministers Bussemaker (OCW), Asscher (SZW), Kamp (EZ) and State Secretary Dekker (OCW). The pact is aimed at facilitating the transition between education and the labour market as well as reducing the lack of technical personnel. The Technology Pact contains clear agreements between the business community, education and the government.
